This policy explains what information Faith Clinic collects through faithclinic.org, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only. The CPBible app, cpbible.com and cpbible.org have their own privacy policy.
Who we are
Faith Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 99-3789620), 1400 Woodland Drive SW, Rochester, MN 55902. You can reach us at admin@faithclinic.org or (507) 405-2117.
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Conference registration: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), the number of people attending, any notes you add, and which conference page you registered from.
- Email and phone: anything you send us directly.
Form entries are stored in our website’s database with our hosting provider in the United States, and a copy is emailed to admin@faithclinic.org. Our forms do not record your IP address.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your message, manage conference registrations and send you event details, and keep records of gifts. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Donations
Online gifts are made on the secure pages of Zeffy or PayPal, not on faithclinic.org. They process your payment under their own privacy policies and send your receipt. Faith Clinic never receives or stores your full card or bank details. We receive the information we need to record and acknowledge your gift, such as your name, email address, the amount and the date.
Prayer requests
faithclinic.org does not collect prayer requests. Requests are shared through CPBible and covered by the CPBible privacy policy. Requests sent to our former website Prayer Wall are no longer published. They are kept privately, and we will delete yours if you email us.
Analytics, cookies and advertising
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how people use this site: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and whether certain actions were completed, such as sending a form, completing a gift, or following a link to CPBible. We use this information, through Google Ads, to measure our advertising. We never send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or prayer content to Google.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can manage ad personalization in your Google account.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run this site and process gifts: our website host, our email provider, Google (analytics and ads), Zeffy and PayPal. We also share it when the law requires us to. Each service uses the information only to provide its service.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for up to two years. We keep conference registrations for up to one year after the event. We keep gift records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
Email admin@faithclinic.org to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian can register a child for a conference, and can ask us at any time to delete that information.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and access to stored entries is limited to Faith Clinic’s site administrators. No website is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal details, such as medical or financial information, through our forms.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
